Adolescence is a whirlwind of change, and it's not always easy to tell when your teen needs extra support. Today's world is full of unique challenges, and they may benefit from a caring, educated perspective. It's not about labeling or "fixing" your teen - it's about providing a safe space to process and grow as an individual. It is also about giving you, their guardian, the tools and reassurance to encourage them along the way. Asking for help shows support in ways your teen just might need. Reach out if this is something you and your teen could benefit from.

I serve woman of all ages who are looking for support, encouragement, and accountability in their journey towards a fulfilling life. Currently, I specialize in young woman ranging from 12 to 18 years of age.
The "Contact Me" form sends an email to affordablemhc@gmail.com. After we have connected, I can provide you with my business phone number. We will use Google Meet for our meetings, and I can email or text you the link.
My goal is to create an authentic, trusting relationship with you. I am available Monday through Friday during normal business hours and will respond in a timely manner. Email or text me with your thoughts, questions, or concerns. I ask for a 24-hour grace period in case I am particularly busy that day, but I will respond as quickly as possible.
The sessions are sold in monthly packages. Your scheduled session is time set aside for you and will not be replaced. Please notify me if you are still coming to the session so that the meeting stays open.
If you need to reschedule, there is a $30 rescheduling fee that needs to be paid when it is rescheduled. I will send you the link to the payment when we book the appointment. If I do not have an available time, unfortunately the appointment will be considered missed. Since they are sold in packages, there are no refunds for missed appointments.
